With over four years of experience leading corporate social responsibility and sustainable development initiatives at Daraz BD, the largest online marketplace in South Asia, I am passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact through innovative and strategic solutions. As the Head of CSR and Sustainable Development, I managed a team of 6 and oversaw the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects and programs aligned with the company's vision, values, and goals. With a background in business administration and management, with a bachelor's degree from IE University. I also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as demonstrated by my previous roles as a Branding and Growth Manager, a Fellowship Coordinator, and a Research Liaison. I am fluent in English with a keen interest in learning new cultures and perspectives.
