Dear Madam/Sir,I have more than 7 years’ experience in program development, implementation, administration, management, planning, reporting, and mobilization, and 10 years’ experience especially in Monitoring and evaluation with reputed International and national organizations.I worked as Supervisor (Non-Formal Education School) with the Social Awareness & Development Organization (SADO) from October 2002 to October 2003 in Districts Dir Lower. I have worked with SADO as Social Mobilizer in Strengthening Democratic Governance in Pakistan project, from September 1st, 2005, to April 25, 2006, at Dir Lower. Remained employed with Sawer Development Organization, an NWFP Urban Development Project as Social Organizer for 16 months (April 21st, 2006, to August 9th, 2007). I worked 14 months (August 1st, 2007, to October 25, 2008) as Coordinator in different projects with SADO, especially in the UNDP Voter Mobilization project at Malakand Division. I worked as Program Manager in the Rural Development Organization, a project of World Food in Dir Lower from December 1st, 2008, to November 30, 2009. I have worked 14 months (November 25, 2009, to January 31, 2011) in Kalay Yozai project (IDPs Return Project) with International Rescue Committee (IRC) as Community Mobilization Officer.
