I am deeply devoted to education and always motivated to work closely with other teachers, doing whatever necessary to make every class the best it can possibly be. Furthermore, I have a proven track record and more than 10 years classroom experience, and I am confident about my abilities to meet and exceed the 21st Century teaching best practices.Below are some of my job duties in my previous roles: Supervised large group of both elementary and high school students (50-70) on daily basis and fully conducted classes either as subject teacher, assistant teacher or class teacher. Mentored and motivated difficult students, while working one-on-one with several students with severe behavioural and intellectual challenges; thus, raising their scores on average by one full letter grade. Participated in the development of hundreds of pages of unique and engaging educational materials including daily lesson plans, weekly quizzes and tests, classroom games and role plays.It is worthy of note that critical thinking as well as creativity is my priority and I am comfortable doing this either independently or as part of a team. I also take pride in my individual tailored approach towards meeting the uniqueness of each classroom.
