I have 5.5 yearrs experienced in Operation & Maintenance,helpdesk support operations and MS office along with working knowledge on SCADA,PLC,PIDS,etc.Coordinate with all the Dispatch, pumping & receiving locations like Mundra(MDPS), Santalpur(IPS), Palanpur (P&RS), Vadodara(RS), Pindwara(IPS), Awa(IPS), Salawas(RS), Ajmer(P&RS), Jaipur(P&RS), Rewari(P&RS), Bahadurgarh (P&RS) for Pumping and Receipt as per Pumping Plan for smooth operation of 1054 km long pipeline(18 inch).Product batch/cycle planning, pumping schedule, reconciliation etc.Checking of Tank Product parameters with Lab Test report and with standard product parameters as per (IQCM).Maintenance of PTs & TTs, MOVs, ROSOVs, TSVs, PCV, MFM etc.Interface tracking of various products (HSD-SKO-MS-SKO-HSD) during operation through density meter, MFM and manually also.Tank line up,joint Gauging for product receipt, sampling and handling of tanks during settling period. Calculate the tank requirements as pumping plan.Pigging Activity like Pig Launching, Pig Receiving, Pig tracking for Various Pigs(Brush, Cup & Intelligent Pig)Preparing Online/Offline work permit (Hot work/Cold work/Work at Height) according to OISD 105.Coordinate with Government authorities and other organization for any crossing of pipeline Sump pump operation and draining and charging of Pumps with product as per operational requirements. Pipeline maintenance activity like Sleeving at and Lowering of Pipeline etc. Making reports on daily basis of operation DOR, stock-card, leak detection.
