DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-1) Complete maintenance work orders fromail departments on a timely basis byfollowing hotels standard operatingprocedures.2) Perform day-to-day routine andpreventative maintenance within the hotelrooms and public areas.3) Respond promptly and efficiently to anymaintenance calls that arise either by theguest or other departments.4) Respond courteously to guest requestspromptly and resolve matters to the guest'ssatisfaction.5) Able to prioritise the maintenance issuese.g.: to attend the breakdown of plant andmachinery on priority.6) Perform maintenance activities in theguest rooms and public areas includingelectrical equipment, plumbing and Airconditioning7) Program TV's and perform generalhousekeeping and engineering-relatedinventory duties.8) Test, troubleshoot and perform basicrepair on all types of equipment.9) To monitor fire Alarm / Life SafetySystem systems as necessary, to be fullyinformed of the system operation and tohandle emergencies involving the system
