My greatest accomplishment ware managing CSI and payrolls for other employees, because CSI was very useful in increasing the performance of other employees, thus there was a story behind managing payroll. About a day before the company sent payrolls to its employees, the Indonesian government issued a declaration regarding the severe condition of Covid-19 in the country. First and foremost, it was not my responsibility to manage payrolls. However, because my HR had a more pressing duty, he assigned me the task of preparing online payrolls for other employees. I had barely two hours to prepare and mail payrolls. For the efficiency stage, I've counted salaries using excel with a time restriction, then created sallary slips using mailmerge in Word, and finally reported the result to my HR for the next step.
