Key ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of line management of a team of 24/7 NOC EngineersEscalation contact for NOC engineers, internally and externally with suppliers and customers.Ensuring full shift 24/7 cover in the NOC.Supporting NOC through the consolidation of monitoring systems and moving to a more streamlined way of working.Ensuring NOC adherence to agreed SLAs and quality standards.Acting as incident manager during major incidents and taking an active role in the post incident review process.Willingness to step in where necessary to ensure shift cover.
