As a team leader provided guidance and instruction to a working group about a project or portfolio of projects. In charge of delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed. Often serves as de-facto mentors for the team, even if they don't have a manager title.

Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, previous employers etc.Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.Convincing employees to attend the interviews.Finalising interview schedule and making the interviewer to be available for taking the interview.After interview sharing feedback with the employee.In case if they are selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding.

• Building my own Database along with excel sheet of submission, interviews and closure• Working experience on all type of Non-IT requirements like Administrative Assistant, Assembler, Certified Nurse, Cleaner, Office Manager etc.• Experience of working directly on client’s portal (VMS) as Fieldglass (Medtronic), Beeline (ABB/GE Aviation/GE Power & Water/FIS) etc. where collected requirements and submitted resumes on portal directly• Checking and negotiating salary/hourly rates with co-vendors or consultants• Recruiting the candidate with Visa Status like GC (Green Card), US Citizen, EAD, TN visa and E3 etc.• Gather & understand client requirements• Coordinate interviews based on client availability• Mostly worked on Fulltime/Permanent/Contract 2 Hire positions directly dealing with GC`s and Citizens.• Searching for the right profile from the various online job portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder and Broadbean etc.)• Doing the first level of the technical screening of the consultants before submitting them for the requirements• Negotiate with the candidates on relocation & cost factors• Establishing contacts with different staffing companies for the consultants to serve the requirement needs• Maintaining the contact with the consultants who are working at the client’s place• Build long-term client and contractor relationships by providing excellent customer service.
