CurrentDeliver accurate and timely sample analyses to support manufacturing and product development. Primary analytical techniques are HPLC, ICP-OES, UV-VIS and titration. •Responsible for conducting routine and non-routine analyses of incoming raw materials, in process and finished formulations, write technical reports and document analytical methods, transfer documented analytical methods to the QC department. •Develop and refine testing methods, improve sampling plans, and compile data for documentation of test procedures. Write and update standard operating procedures as needed. Active involvement in initiatives for continuous improvement of processes.•Lead troubleshooting of analysis equipment and method issues, perform special projects on analytical and instrument capability enhancement and problem solving. •Monitor and maintain SPC charts for critical parameters and analyze, interpret and assist in laboratory OOS investigations. Provide guidance to manufacturing on batch calculations to compensate for OOS formulations. •Training and mentoring of other laboratory personnel and performing monthly safety audits. •Routine laboratory maintenance tasks including organization and cleaning of work areas, checking for expired reagents and standards, disposal of product samples, chemicals and hazardous waste. •Coordinate off-site testing as necessary to supplement in-house capabilitiesRahmat SamimiEmployment continued
