Enhance SME and Enterprise customer's business by providing them an outstanding customer service.Follow up and resolve Business customer complaints/escalated cases – this includes end to end follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution for the customer. Provide advice in conjunction with the company processes and the Complaints Manager regarding possible resolutions of individual complaints.Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities. Proactively provide solutions or improvements to deliver improved complaints management processes for customers and where possible reduce the volume of complaints.
