Managing HR functions for 4 Noel Tata funded companies; Interspace Communications, Interspace Solutions, Jaguar Services and Sterling Cineplex.As Head - Group HR I am responsible for providing strategic HR solutions which will help the Businesses stabilize and achieve their desired growth through manpower management, stringent HR processes, risk mitigation and employee engagement. Creating value for the business while encouraging synergies within the Companies to ensure longevity of the business is also my key role.

Managing HR functionalities for the Institutional Broking (Securities) desk, Corporate Finance team and Custodial Services.As an HR Business partner my role required me to undertake, implement and execute HR tasks from a Business perspective adhering to global and local procedures while diminishing any possible risks. I was responsible for all HR aspects of Manpower Planning and Recruitment, On-boarding, Formulation, Communication and Implementation of HR Policies, MIS, Reporting, Budgeting, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Career Planning, Employee Relations, Campus hiring and campus branding activities, Vendor Management for outsourced staffing, Expatriate on-boarding.

My key responsibilities as an HR Generalist was to manage all HR aspects for the Financial Planning Group, Operations, Proprietary Trading, Portfolio Management Services business lines. I was leading HR functions and was responsible for facilitating recruitment, employee engagement activities and HR projects for these business lines besides handling independent projects of Compensation Benchmarking and Management Trainee recruitment for the entire Company.
