I am a TESOL-Certified, graduate TESL student, multilingual, and culturally responsive ESL/ESOL and citizenship instructor with over 14 years of experience teaching online and in-person classes to teen and adult English learners. I have established my own English Learning School the Nili Star Educational Center (NSEC) in Nili, and worked with various national and international institutions in Afghanistan and the U.S., including The American Councils, British Council, National Geographic, Access Micro-Scholarship Program, Refugee Women's Alliance, Kabul University and Highline College. My expertise includes developing and implementing engaging curriculum plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners from various backgrounds and proficiency levels. As an Immigration Case Manager, I assisted Afghan parolees in applying for asylum and TPS.
