Recognizes additional customer banking needs and assists customers and potential customers with questions, problems, and inquires regarding convenience products, in person and by telephone.

Responsible for servicing the needs of bank customers by processing transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately. Responsible for identifying the needs of bank customers and suggests bank products and services which meet those needs.- Service customers with their accounts by completing transactions they request in accordance with bank policy and procedure. Fills change orders, accepts deposits, transfers monies, issues cashiers checks and money orders, cashes checks and accceptes payments.- Sells/suggests additional banking services such as credit cards, debit cards, money orders and cashier's checks.- Assists customers with balancing of their checkbook(s)
