I am a business lawyer who works closely with high growth companies and entrepreneurs in all aspects of their operations and growth. I also have critical c-level management experience as the EVP of Corporate Development and the Chief Legal Officer of a high-growth Ad-Tech public company with operations in North America (US and Canada), the EU (Ireland and Switzerland) and India.
