CurrentCleaning and building maintenance duties both inside and outside of the location/facility. Perform cross-functional duties such as hiking cars, cashiering, filling in as a customer service rrepresentative. Perform janitorial or other duties as assigned daily utilizing the proper equipment and following all safety precautions. Use proper lifting techniques to assist with facility/office equipment and/or furniture moves and meeting set-ups as needed or requested. Removes snow from walks and steps with a shovel, tractor or snow blower as appropriate for amount and location of snow. Put sand and salt on walks and steps during icy/slippery conditions. Must utilize proper safety precautions when performing snow removal to avoid injury. Drive and park customer and company vehicles.
