I am a Senior Operational Retail Manager with 15+ years Management experience.As of November 2024, I am advancing my skill-set towards Hospital Supply Chains as a Materials Management Technician at UT Health- East Texas.My philosophy is based on what I continually gather as as a Qualitative Researcher-- focusing on the "lived experience" of unique social actors within contemporary social/ professional institutions. I am a Democratic-style Manager who uses Servant Leadership methods to understand, train, develop, and support the opportunities of the unique actors that surround me.I carry an excellent, diverse interpersonal relations skill set, a strong ability to prioritize/ plan towards the collaborative nature of micro/macro business directives/ expectations and possess a clear awareness/ understanding regarding the importance of constructing logical decisions though critical thought/assessment.
