 Managing profitability and minimum risk of our zone (Ensuring minimum payment delinquency on due date.(Timely sharing reports to Dealers).and dealers and driving them towards consistent achievement through constructive feedback. Visiting all active POSes within territory on a weekly basis.  Opening of new POS to provide maximum business to the company.

Taking meeting with dealer/store manager and discussing performance / issues / new plans.  Reviewing market trends, competitor strategy and takingappropriate action accordingly. Ensure compliance with all rules, procedures and requirements of company followed by all dealers Maintain 24*7 availability for team and dealer questions and concerns.

 Develop and maintain relationship with dealer and assist to generate sales opportunities for financial product of company. Develop business in market with the help of dealers/R.As. Identity and work on cross sales opportunities through servicing contacts. Analyze and resolve all dealer issues for servicing, product openings and maintainace for same. Introducing new products. Regularly exceed targeted sales goals by 10-20%. Maintaining good client relationship and dealership management. Mailing and sharing of daily worksheet to reporting manager.
