My Job Responsibilities included the below : -•Identification and onboarding new clients for the bank through cold calling and engaging various verticals of the bank•Appraising proposals which include understanding the business model of the company, their current banking arrangements, their current funding requirement, analyzing their past and current financials, assessment of the facilities as required, reference checks, scrutinizing other relevant documents etc•Handling the complete cycle from client acquisition till final disbursement. This involves acquisition of the client, analysis of the proposal, presenting and discussing the proposal with the credit team, valuation and legal clearance of properties given as security, getting the credit proposal approved by the relevant approving authority, post sanctioning activities like executing the legal and operational documents of the client, co-ordination with the legal and operations team for final disbursement•Enhancing relationships with the existing clients by regular engagement, understanding and fulfilling their banking requirements on a regular basis, and thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction•Ensuring maximum utilization of limits sanctioned through frequent discussions with the customer, structuring and offering alternate products which would lead to increase in utilization•Maximizing revenue from the clients by negotiating better pricing for the bank on the products offered, higher processing fees, maximum utilization of limits etc•Monitoring the asset book regularly to avoid overdues, non-compliance of sanction conditions, etc. and thereby ensuring superior portfolio quality

My Job Responsibilites included the below : -•Analyzing Cement Sector and companies like ACC, Ambuja Cement, Shree Cement, Madras Cement, JK Lakshmi Cement, India Cement, JK Cement, etc. within the sector •Identifying and recommending mid cap companies for investment backed by thorough research •Developing relationships and interacting frequently with top management of the cement companies and key participants associated with the cement sector like equipment suppliers, dealers, etc. •Maintaining database of key variables on a regular basis, preparing coverage reports and quarterly preview/ result/ event updates •Liaising with Top Management to evaluate business prospects•Updating Fund Manager about the development and impact of the sector & companies on a continuous basis •Establishing valuation models on the basis of methodologies like DCF, EV/Tonne, EV/EBITDA, P/E, etc
