With over 16 years of experience in IT and SCM, I have successfully delivered multiple projects involving Transporation Management, Track and Trace, Manufacturing, Analytics, Planning (Demand and Supply) IOT, MES, Warehouse digital systems, Control Towers, AI based Platforms.In Current Role i will be responsible for:• Own end-to-end responsibility of health and roadmap of innovation & automation strategy, changemanagement support to Supply Chain Processes• Interact with business users and capturing their requirements, defining detailed strategic objectivesand connecting with the Organization vision and strategic plan.• Ensure hygiene for Supply Chain operations - govern processes for problem management, capacitymanagement, and change management.• Recommend, own & drive “Digital Transformation” roadmap.• Ensure system driven solution to address audit observations.• Collaborate & influence for changes in the system for process simplification & digitization.
