I have been selling weighing solution to all the industries including construction, RMC Plants, Engineering Plants, Sugar Mills, Government Warehouses, Waste Management Plants, Consultants, Contractors and many more.The below are the job responsibilities:• To find the prospective customers in Bangalore, Tumkur, Tiptur, Chitradurga, Chikkaballapur, Kolar who are looking for the weigh solution.• Handling the export orders for Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Nepal, Bangladesh,& Dubai.• To perform cold calls and existing customer visits to make sure the business and revenue generation from both the parts.• Understand the customer demand and requirement and the process of the manufacturing and the product and accordingly make the offer and suggest the proper product to the customer to gain the faith of the customer.• Follow up the customers for the feedback of the offers sent and push the customer till closure of the sales.• Negotiation on the offer and make the PO and communicate to the plant accordingly and align the dispatch and installation of the machine as per the customer demand and expectation.• Negotiation on the costing of any new design or design changes and convincing the customer for the same.• Preparation of the internal documents and bank paper if any required like ABG or PBG.• Payment Follow Up.• Meeting weekly and monthly target of making calls and preparation of the MIS reporting system.• Aligning for the civil drawings for the customers and visit along with the engineers for the civil work completion according to the drawings.• Meeting quarterly targets for the invoicing and order booking.• Attending and supporting the customer for the service calls and aligning the complains of the customers with the service engineers.• Ensure that the existing customer should get proper service in terms of getting the repeat orders.

I was handling majorly Toyota as OEM for the supply of the bearings of Koyo to their differential gear for Toyota Etios Model and other Industrial OEM customers like L&T Construction Equipment, Sansera Engineering Private Limited, Nexteer Automotive, Bosch Limited and the below are the roles and responsibilities have been showcased during my tenure with Koyo Bearings India Private Limited. • Meeting the customers for new developed parts and get the application details and make the inquiry sheet.• Follow up for the payment and schedules from the customers.• Coordinating with the dispatches.• Payment and C form Follow up.• Sorting out the dispatch issues if any.• Making weekly reports and monthly MIS reports.• Making visit plans for the next month and visiting the customers according to the schedule.• Negotiations with the customer for cost of any design change.• Liquidate the SMS (Slow Moving Stock) or Inventory by selling it to the customers.• Attending Customer complain and reporting to the management.• Marketing and mapping for the new customers.• Communicate the customer plan to plant to plan the production accordingly.• Communicate with the overseas plant for the schedules of the customer and ensure on time delivery with on time Payment.

I have joined here as a fresher and I was in technical Sales of the different brand of bearings to small OEM's for machine tool Industry. The major brands which they deal with are INA, FAG, NSK-RHP, GGB, CR, ROLLWAY, THK, BARDEN, GAMET, NIKKI. Have handled many government tenders and bidding and bid management also for the projects, most of the business was from machine tool industry across Karnataka, Part of Eastern region and southern region of India. The below are the responsibilities which has been undertaken during my tenure here:• Meeting with the customers for the bearing requirements.• Cold Calling to mostly small OEM’s of Machine Tool Industry.• Getting all the details from the customers of the bearings what they use. • Developing new customers for OEM business. • Generating inquiries, making quotations and costing with all the commercial terms and prices involved in ERP (Navision)• Seminars and training for the customers which eventually get them know more about the bearing usage and application.• Following up with the quotations, following up with the supplies till the payment.• Clarifying any technical issues if any after the purchase of the bearings with the support of the manufacturers.• Payment Follow up, Collection & “C” Form Collections.• Technical Negotiation & Commercial Negotiation.• Making action plans for the weeks coming ahead on Saturday and taking appointments from the customer. • Procurement of the materials from other dealers and other counterparts and making P.O through ERP (Navision).• Training of the new joiners about the application of the bearings.• Getting schedule and supplying the part according to the schedule from the customer.• To maintain the MIS reports on weekly basis.
