• Installation, Acceptance Testing, Validation and Commissioning of 3G Nokia Node-B and NEC Microwave links.• Overall operation & maintenance of the BTS 2G/ 3G Node B sites, Microwave links, PA routers.• Coordination with different telecom vendor, suppliers for Wireless network maintenance.• Transmission media maintenance i.e. RSL, E-1, OFC and Microwave.• Routine Testing of equipment e.g Battery banks, Power Plants and Nokia, NEC hardware.• Coordination with Power Discoms (NDPL, BSES etc.) and Managing Electrical faults of sites for proper Power supply & other issues of BTS 's Node B.• Resolving the subscriber network data complaints by taking necessary action at concerned BTS 3G sites and reporting the matter to RF and higher authorities, taking issues with Nokia and NEC.

• Installation, Acceptance Testing, Validation and Commissioning of 3G Expansion Nokia Mobile Switching Station (MSS), Nokia Media Gateway (MGW), Nokia Home Location Register (HLR), Oracle Signaling Transfer Point (STP) expansion, Alcatel Lucent Intelligent Network (IN), Nokia Packet core network elements (SGSN & GGSN), Alcatel Lucent Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF), TeleDNA SMSC, 6D tech EMS server,Juniper Aggregation Routers.• Operation & Maintenance, Voice call, Data & SMS Signaling, Performance Monitoring, Electrical & Optical Media Management & Fault troubleshooting of Nokia & Huawei MSC, MGW, HLR, STP, SMSC & Aggregation Routers.
