Engage with the vendor and consultants for the execution of the project/program. Building a cross-function team for all transformative program execution. Work with the business leadership team to recommend the business transformation strategy.

Lead multiple integration initiatives across multiple departments of the organization in order to accelerate revenue and reduce operating costs while dramatically improving the customer experience.Develop for each project detailed project plans, timelines, action registers, work break down structures, and presentations that accurately describe the state of the integration at any given time.Develop and provide new operational and financial understandings of people, processes and systems across both organizations pre and post integration.Develop and maintain standards for project scheduling practices that ensure work is completed on time and within budget.Develop and maintain standards that ensure project activities comply with company policies, contracts, and schedule requirements.Develop, implement and administer procedures and other work controlling documents to ensure clarification of roles and responsibilities.Provide forward thinking that is disruptive to the competition and thrilling to our customers, suppliers, and partners.
