Gujarat Municipal Elections 2021: - End-to-End Resource (Manpower) Management: Utilizing 85% of the staff from the assigned pool of officials and deploying 1700+ polling staff officers to each of the 318 polling booths, leading to minimized risk by using ~12% of reserve staff (least among all wards in Surat)- Planned schedules for issuing orders and ensured timely delivery for 200+ orders per day2. Swacch Bharat Mission- Managing and facilitating the daily operations of 19 urban local bodies under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban)- Tracking deadlines, budget allocations, and overall cost for each of the 19 urban local bodies in order to fulfill Open Defecation Free (ODF), Garbage Free City (GFC), and Citizen Engagement parameters set forth by the Ministry of Home and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) under the Swacchta Survekshan Toolkit- Analyzing and extrapolating MIS data to prepare review meeting reports to update and inform all project stakeholders of the weekly/monthly progress status3. COVID Vaccinations (Phase-1)- Collaborated with healthcare officials of 19 urban cities to gather data of 2000+ front-line workers- Conducted mock vaccination drives in coordination with the staff from urban local bodies4. Chief Minister's Ragpickers Welfare Scheme- Devised an action plan to execute the pointers of the scheme

- Facilitated 10+ batches for 6-12-year-old learners to boost creative intelligence- Conducted sessions and workshops for 10+ roles (ex. Detective, Web-Developer, Coder, etc)- Conducted and coordinated activities to promote mentor - learner and peer - to - peer learning

- Strategized and led a team of four members for media coverage of MRF MOGRIP Rally 2019 (National Rally Championship) with overall cost being ~40% less than market standards- Account Management: Handled monthly deliveries of marketing collateral for 3 retainer client accounts- Preparing appropriate briefs for assigned tasks and facilitated cross-team collaboration among copy-writing, design, and development team

- A two-time recipient of "Thumbs-Up Award" for diligence and continuous performance improvement- Completed investigation and documentation of root cause analysis of over 150+ customer impacting system outages- Created dashboards and set up automation to report system anomalies, ultimately saving 200 hours per month- Expedited in migration of infrastructure from on-premise to cloud data centers (AWS)
