Validating customer’s RFQ by understanding their requirement, project, project application etc.4. Co-ordinating with product marketing persons to arrange the quotation from their respective lines.5. Alternate/pin to pin equivalent parts/products suggestion from Millennium authorized lines.6. Co-ordinate with FAE (Field Application Engineer) team for complete technical solutions.7. Registering new opportunities in the SAP system to achieve monthly/Quarterly targets.8. Sharing formal quotation with customer, following for the PO.9. Loading customer PO in SAP system with the help of CSR and satisfying customer by making material available as per mentioned SOP.

1. Coordination with Design Engineers for component selection considering Parametric, availability and Risk factors.2. Alternate/ Pin to pin equivalent part/product suggestion according to parametric details.3. Verifying device type of components using customer provided Gerber, X-Y data or by provided MPN.4. Managing component Obsolescence, end of life (EOL)/Last Time Buy (LTB) notification and part Change notifications (PCN).5. RoHS data collection for COTS parts from Global manufacturers and suppliers of electronic and mechanical parts and maintain their records in database. 6. Direct contact with Suppliers/Manufactures for technical and regulatory requirements (ROHS, Pb Free etc.).7. Oversee inventory and component purchases, identifying areas of potential savings.8. BOM maintenance and buying electronic components according to the requirement.9. Improved profits by nearly 10 percent by introducing the concept of vendor switching.10. Triggering RFQs to Vendors and to evaluate bid with CM for finalizing sourcing splits, first-time order scheduling, confirming shipping schedule and monitoring PO until receipt, to ensure on-time-delivery.11. BOM maintenance and scrubbing to identify high, medium and Low risk components used in Different BOM’s.
