- Handling Cash Application process within the Order to Cash cycle,Focused on matching incoming payments with open invoices and aiming to close all invoices in the ERP for which payment has been received.- Allocation of funds received from customers according to payment remittance.- Utilized various software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite or MRI web for data and receipt entry purposes.- I am handling multiple incident types on daily events, such as: - Collect Plus incidents, Activity-related incidents , Application incidents, Reversal incidents.- Handling identified and unidentified credits, managing accounts receivable and payable discrepancies and resolving credit allocation issues for proper financial reporting.- Handling multiple transaction types including Automated Clearing House (ACH), wire money transfers, and check processing.- Retrieve the Daily Deposit Report (DDR) for a summary of daily deposits, Obtain the Cash Review Report(CRR) to review cash transactions and access the Open Batch Report for details on unprocessed batches.- Handling Cash Management to efficiently address and resolve inquiries related to checks and remittances.- Performing customer reconciliation and customer clearing Activities

Responsible for Order to Cash process - Cash Application, Collection, Reconciliation etc.Assisting team for timely allocation of funds received and outstanding payment follow ups through calls and emails as per timelines.Ensuring timely allocation of funds received from customers as per payment remittance.Follow up with the customer in case of receipts without remittance.Preparing the customer statement to send it to customer.Performing customer reconciliation to ensure both the books are matched.Preparing Aged report and MIS report as an when required.Connecting with other teams to resolve the customer disputes.
