Handling and managing new and stale (aged) accounts, Procuring property tax information (FAX,Email,Mailaway,Abstractor Request,Call) and keying the obtained information in Mainframe LERETA. Updating agency profile and survey system in the mainframe as per client requirement. Reporting, Defusing escalations, Providing tax status, Internal Quality checking to avoid clint escalations, ability to handle high volume, Conducting team huddle on a daily basis and sharing process updates.Working knowledge of Citrix on multiple scenarios like Delinquent loans, Tax sale loans, Utility and supplemental bills included loans, Bankruptcy, Lien and Foreclosure loans. The ability to consider how ordinary things can be made better or improved.Supporting the team by taking up the initiative of driving team activities on a weekly basis as a part of motivational requirements.
