Initially I started with BYJU’S as a Business Development Associate (Inside Sales Associate) and now in Barclays as a Process Trainer - Fraud Operations.At BYJU’S it was a B2C role and the work was quite challenging and exciting considering it’s a sales profile wherein I used to be in constant connect with the customers.Later in 2022 I joined Barclays and I have always dreamt of working with Barclays and now that I have joined it feels so great everyday seeing that I am living my dream. I joined Barclays as a Fraud Analyst (Fraud Care - Fraud Operations) wherein I support customers with Fraud and Scams in their everyday banking, again a challenging and very fulfilling role where I am able to speak with UK based customers and helping them in their complex cases of Frauds and Scams. Apart from my BAU I also take part in Citizenship Activities and Colleague Engagement Activities where we work collectively as a team and deliver the best outcome of any activity picked.During my journey with Barclays I have a few achievements that I would like to mention as below:1.
