• Understanding & Mapping the training process - SLAs etc.• Coordinating V&A module customization,• Managing ongoing delivery and initiatives for improvements,• Liasoning with Operations and the Client, • Attending call calibration and disseminating info to trainers.• Plan, develop and implement strategy for effective training and development to meet and exceed Client Metrics & agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.• Smooth Transition and Ramp-up of the team & NHT.• Understand and correctly use training tools and techniques to reduce Ramp-up time of NHT.• To organize regular conference calls and interaction over emails with the clients to understand their requirements, expectations and Center's Deliverables.• Existence of trainer evaluation process that includes measures on content knowledge, delivery skill and ability to follow standard training processes.• Facilitate feedback from the floor & track closure of issues raised.• Manage & Control Attrition of NHT during training & nesting through. innovative employee engagement plan & R&R programs.• Planning and allocation for training batches to meet the requirement for ramp up and attrition.• Arranging Refresher Training for teams (Based on QA reports, client feedback, live monitoring).• Training Needs Identification, Analysis and Planning Refresher Training Methodology and Calendar.• Plan and execute annual Re-certification of Trainers and associates.• Managing performance and appraisal of the training team.• Take care of training budget and manage expenses for the department.

• Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management and delivery of the Initial Training Program (ITP). • Responsible for development and administering employee-training programs, classroom supervision including coaching and counseling, up training by project, continually assessing program effectiveness and determining other training needs. • Develops and delivers other operational training courses as required. • Responsible for identifying gaps between the training program and production requirements, recommending and implementing solutions, and delivering and evaluating client specific training to meet project goals. • Determines training needs for client-based programs by working with Training Support Services, Operations and Client to analyze the training needed to meet the project requirements.
