• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Monthly visits to customer’s locally. Monitor customer complaints & queries. Ensure their logistical issues are clearly understood and solutions are to be advised for a smooth.

• Initial point of contact for designated brands / service providers/ 3PL’s for shipment updates.
• Issue purchase orders (P.O) for invoices received from service providers and send it to the finance team within the agreed SLA to release payments.
• Track & trace all pending invoices at shipment level and follow up with service providers to ensure service invoices are sent across within 3 to 5 days of ATR / delivery.
• Accurate reconciliation of 3PL Statements of Account (SOA).
• Determine in-take of units into the warehouse based on Budget Vs Forecast Vs Actual.
• Review trackers sent by 3PL’s, and cross check all shipment related activities.

• To report to the Operations Manager, Shift Manager, co-ordinate and take all cargo handovers and details of the previous shift.
• To physically inspect the cargo i.e.; Inspecting the dimensions, ensuring whether the cargo is General or a DGR, ensuring accurate labelling such as Lithium - Ion labels for mobile phones and laptops.
• To ensure that, the acceptance of every cargo at FLC, CTO, is done appropriately, keeping in mind all the acceptance rules set by DNATA.
• Ensure inspection payment at Dubai Customs is done on time, and to ensure ease of inspection of cargo for Dubai Customs.
• To ensure that, I.T.T. payments are done on time.
