1. Responsible for Mumbai Region/Cluster having total14 buildings, at Mindspace Malad and BKC locations, Design document, implement and monitor overall effectiveness of the QHSE programs at the managed properties/buildings.2. Majorly involve in preparing sites for BSC Five-star Audit, implementing effectively 55 elements of BSC, with effective documentation, trainings, awareness and participation from the all level of staff/functions.3. Ensuring the Statutory reports such as Test reports/ Returns filing/ request letter submitted to Government authorities whenever applicable.4. Ensure all EHS record keeping and program documentation is kept up to date and in compliance with applicable standards.5. Updating the Legal Register whenever new amendments received from Management Representative & the Site Specific EHS Monitoring Plan whenever required.6. Follow up with statutory/Govt. authorities to renewal and receive the applicable statutory licenses as per cognizant regulatory process.7. Organize training on Environmental aspects, Impact & Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Emergency preparedness and response plan along with other relevant areas.8. Structured Review and strengthening of QHSE as per BSC 2021, ISO 14001-2004 / ISO 45001-2018.9. Assure all building in Cluster are legally compliant, conduct EHS relevant operations in compliance with applicable laws, statutory regulations and accepted practices for health, safety and environmental protection.10. Participate and involve in all EHS audits, MRM and ensure closing of relevant audit compliances / observations and review of MOM points.11. Conducting Statutory Mock Drills twice in a Year and the report documented / circulated to Leadership team. Conducting adequate trainings to the Emergency Response Team.

Key Responsibilities:1. As an integral part of a large JLL Regional team, responsible for implementation of EHS management at a client-HSBC’s, multi-site property portfolio of Pan India, along with extended support to other West Asia countries includes, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Bangladesh, as per JLL global EHS policies and guidelines.2. Includes to provide leadership, technical expertise and ad-hoc advice on all EHS related concerns to the site Facility Managers and FM Team members, includes- to conduct effective site inspections, accident investigations, EHS audits and CAPA, hazard and risk assessments (HIRA) and provide guidance to team on how to control major hazards and associated risks related to fire, electrical, work at height, confined space etc.3. Regularly track and ensure all sites are H&S complied as per policy guidelines of JLL and Client Standards and legal requirements, so as there should not be any impact to client business.4. Provide EHS progress updates of respective countries to Client and Regional team based at Hong Kong on regular basis and also during EHS governance meetings.5. Conduct regular catch up meetings with site FM Team members to share/discuss actions, guidelines received from Region/Global team for effective implementations at each facility and to track any gaps.6. Assist the EHS Team and support region to be in compliant with EHS regulations and requirements.7. Support development and implementation of JLL EHS procedures, Annual H&S Plan and programs in accordance with client requirements at the managed facilities.8. Provide regular classroom/web-ex trainings to the site FM Team members to create awareness and for implementations of various EHS systems like e-Permit to Work, Risk Assessments, contractor inductions, lock out/tag out LOTO, confined space etc.

1. Established a new EHS department to start and implement EHS at the manufacturing unit.2. Implemented various systems related to EHS, along with required legal compliances as per MPCB and Factories Acts.3. Set up of a safety and environment committee, conduct monthly meeting and minutes recording and share progress to management team.4. Investigate major accidents, incidents- prepare investigation report with time bound CAPA; circulate same to concerns, so as to prevent/minimize reoccurrences.5. Frequently take round of the plant to identify any system deficiencies and suggest management for corrective actions necessary.6. Ensure adherence to Work Permit System, PPEs, during high risk works like hot work, work at height, electrical work, and lock out, tag outs in the plant & help staff in maintaining safety of the plant.7. Conduct periodical safety audit of site, ensure completion of actions arising out of internal/external audits through CAPA.8. Maintain and update on site - fire protection equipments, emergency preparedness, disaster management plans, and Conduct fire mock drills, to check effectiveness.9. Compliance and evaluation of work permit system, fire control system, first aid, and PPE requirement at regular frequency. 10. Conduct various trainings, tool box talks for site team members on various safety topics, celebrate safety week, environment day by conducting various activities, competitions, to create awareness about safety.

Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement construction site safety system, guidelines like, job safety analysis, safe work method procedures SOPs, safety audits & NCRs, safety statistics reporting and communication.2. Responsible to ensure zero LTI at the site, carry out daily site safety surveys, develop plans based on surveys, also guiding safety officers.3. Deliver safety trainings to site engineers and contractor staff based on hazards and high risk activities, like hot work - gas cutting, welding, and safety measures during heavy erection of structures using crane, work at height - up to 55 meters.4. Verify and maintain the Emergency Response Plan, perform emergency response drills and mock drills.5. Coordinate for major safety site activity with client, other contractors and with Ducon Management team.6. Ensure timely third party inspection & records of all lifting tackles, Cranes, Hydra machines etc.7. Investigate all accidents, prepare report, along with time bound CAPA & its implementation, maintain and share records with client and management team.8. Formulate safety Committee and conduct meetings, MOM recording & implementing suggestions.9. Improve line management and each employee’s ownership about safety by providing awareness and trainings, conduct tool box talk, safety talk, PPE usage demo, safety induction training to all new employees and contractors at the site.

1. Responsible for implementation of the Environment and Safety Management systems for the plant as per the manual of EHS policies and as per ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards, as well as effective clearing the audits, certification audit, and corporate audits.2. Assist plant management to obtain all necessary EHS consents, licenses and its timely renewal for continued operation from Pollution control board PCB, Factories Inspectorate and other regulatory agencies.3. Maintain all statutory records, directions, notices - received by or sent to PCB, Factory inspector etc. after evaluation by proper filing kept at site. 4. Preparation, submission and proper filing of compliance reports of site like, Environmental Statement in form V, Hazardous waste annual returns in form IV, and Water Cess returns in form I etc. 5. Coordinate for timely and proper disposal of hazardous solid waste from the site to PCB authorized agencies like MWML etc. and maintain records of disposal at site like manifest, hazardous waste returns etc.6. Carry out Air, Water (Effluent) and noise monitoring from MOEF approved external laboratory, as per the PCB consent requirements, evaluate reports for compliance and maintain records.7. Preparation of all site documents as per ISO standards like identification of environmental aspect and impacts, Hazard Identification and risk analysis register (HIRA), EHS Programs, and SOPs. Accordingly assist management to set environmental and safety objectives and targets with action plan to achieve them.
