In my internship, I developed solutions to reduce paint defects on metal components by analyzing daily defect data and identifying root causes. Gained hands-on experience with painting processes like phosphating, electro-phoretic deposition, and robotic painting, while applying quality control tools such as TQM and Six Sigma to improve the Paint Shop's Straight Pass Ratio (SPR).
