Test Web and Mobile applications developed by the company- Follow system development life-cycle (SDLC) process- Create the detailed, test cases and execute them, coordination, and implemented QA methodology- Involved in Smoke, Integration, Functional, Regression, Exploratory, and Production testing.- Create and manage testing environments by installing and configuring mobile devices, using different app distribution solutions- Test cross-browser functionality of browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox-Interact with the development configuration and operation's team to ensure the quality of software to user expectations- Participate in various meetings and discussed Enhancements and Modification Request issues- Participate in Release Review/Requirement -Analysis review meetings-Knowledge of CRM POS B2C ERP Portal and Knowledge of Insurance Domain
