• Development of key accounts, prospecting non Dräger customer.• Development of sales and clinical strategy to grow revenue, market share and profit.• Provider of information about user habits, needs or recommendation.• Collect competitive information; understand user sensitivity.• Tender presentation around the user needs, Dräger offer and sales strategy.• To be the user’s consultant seemingly independent of the sales process.• Spend quality time in the OR or in ICU, to speak same language as doctors and nurses.• To maintain own specific contacts in accounts: users of all kind.• Demo equipment management, To hand over equipment to user.• Organize local events based on technique and therapy to support Dräger solutions.• Post sales clinical training, Promote Dräger accessories and disposable on installed base.• To promote state of the art clinical knowledge to doctors, nurses and medical staff. • To give the critical differentiator to the user that will influence the decision.• To be the modality demo expert in addition to the sales force.

The core focus of role is to provide clinical expertise that enhances clinical and financial outcomes for customers, their caregivers and patients while increasing revenue withing the assigned acute care territory while working in collaboration with multiple team members to assure customer satisfaction. Developing relationship with stakeholders for business development. Initiating & Monitoring sales, rental operations and marketing resulting business growth. Identifying streams for generating revenue and developing market plans and offer solutions to the customers. Serve as primary back up project contact with the customers.Training, trouble shooting for the product line and conducting clinical trialsOrganizing Certification programmes , workshops for product end users to create Brand visibility.
