Production Technician
CurrentResponsible to follow cGMP norms & the Standard Operating Procedures asdefined.•Batch preparation of Ampoule & Vial Injection•Responsible for productions activities in the respective suits of Aseptic Sterileplant.•Sterilizing all the required materials & equipments for production activities inaseptic & non-aseptic areas.•Calibrated machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherenceto quality standards.•Performing the Integrity test of Filters, PH Meter & Conductivity Meter toCalibrate & adjust machinery.•Disinfectant preparations, Material dispensing of the raw material as perbatch requirements, MIV Analysis.•Prior to the production activities verifying the room temperature, RH%,verifying of weighing scale, & document all the activities as per ALCOAprinciples.•Preparing various Autoclave cycles based on the production batch size.•Responsible for the CIP & SIP of the production equipment.•Check & receive the raw material from stores as per production plan.•Maintain the stocks of production consumable in production area &•Supervision of area cleaning.•Equipments Handled: Preparation Vessels, Autoclave, Sterilization& Depyrogenation Tunnel, Peristaltic pump, Ultrasonic Vials WashingMachine, Vial Labeling Machine, Filter Integrity Tester, Pass through box, PH &Condutivity meter
