Besides others the one key learning is how a company can scale business with efficient performance.At Isolux Corsán India, I was accountable for developing, executing and delivering all sorts of Agreements/ Contracts/ Bank Guarantees/ Policies/ Strategies/Opinions by reviewing, drafting and negotiating the key aspects, in whole. Contract Management AspectAs such, I joined Isolux Corsán India in a difficult period for the company and faced many challenges due to financial difficulties and frequent management changes.Successes included executing of major Sub-Contract Agreements (having a value of 90 Crores Approx.) of the Company, executing crucial Agreements/Contracts, implementation of crucial necessary policies, initiating the process of Legal Redefining System and managing 5 challenging Infrastructure and Railway Projects from Contract Management Perspective.
