In today’s fast paced and competitive working environment, adapting to change is crucial. I’ve realised that working for a greater cause, is what drives me. A cause more than just money or profit!My career narrative has evolved with gradual passage of time and continues to do so.. From being an entrepreneur as a freshman out of college to heading marketing and strategy in a fintech startup, I have garnered a varied experience in foodtech, fintech & healthtech industries which have made my career journey all about learning, re-learning and building businesses through meaningful marketing.While most people are fraught with questions about taking the journey of an entrepreneur, I began mine after completing my MBA, in Foodtech as a Co-Founder of BR’s Kitchen focussing majorly on Brand Marketing and Sales Operations.I wanted to shift gears and landed an opportunity with one of the giants of Foodtech industry - Zomato. Over the next 5 years, I experienced a turbocharged work ambience in a fast growing organisation and ever changing environment where I was able to achieve a 25% increase in orders and 2% increase in app opens.My interest in marketing driven growth with inclination towards leadership roles led me to become Head of Online Sales at Ghost Kitchens India. I was directly responsible for a sales growth of more than 7x and new business opportunities. My quest for value driven business led me to Fydaa (Robo Adviser) a SEBI registered investment adviser where I was appointed as Head of Operations and Growth Strategy. I expanded my expertise in building brand identity, customer acquisition, customer retention, process design which made an overall impact of 500% growth in user acquisition.I believe my journey has just started and my learning and growing quest will continue forever.
