US Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, and placing personnel in quick turnaround time.Hiring All IT Accounts for Software Development, Functional Recruitment, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing Network Implementation.Supporting team in the process of recruiting Corp-to-Corp/W2/consultants and negotiating and resolving vendor and client issues.

Involved in full Cycle Engineering and US Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, and placing personnel in quick turnaround time. Direct Client communication in terms of - Interviews, Offers, Status of Starts/Background verification/Drug test, Termination etc.Drove the recruiting process by managing daily requisition flow, communicating with VMS/MSP clients. Acted as a liaison between deliver and sales teams to assist, mentor and encourage recruiters in not only building sales relationships but also client knowledge.Participate in all Clients calls regarding job openings with hiring managers - (required/must have or preferred/nice to have) - responsibilities, skill sets, technologies, travel, team and work environment. Also, disseminate to the recruiters and help them in finding the exact match.Lead/Manage/Motivate/Coordinate with the team of recruiters and guide them towards achieving the daily, weekly and monthly team targets.Experience with SAP Fieldglass is a cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) that helps organizations manage their contingent workforce.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions.Implement strategic workforce planning to meet business objectives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics, evaluate recruitment strategies, and optimize processes for increased efficiency.Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team, ensuring they stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving issues, addressing concerns, and continuously improving service delivery.
