With a passion for food science and technology, I am a Quality Assurance Officer at Euro Foods Group, a leading food manufacturer and distributor in the UK. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where I learn the latest theories and practices in food product development, quality assurance, and research and development.In my role, I ensure that the food products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, using various analytical methods and tools. I also support the innovation and improvement of food products and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Some of my achievements include developing a new line of gluten-free products, implementing a quality management system, and reducing waste and costs by 15%.
