 Lead and motivate production employees to achieve performance standards in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, line utilization, and quality, resulting in safe and effective production. Oversee facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting techniques. Developing of sampling procedures and routine testing of sea food products  Conducting internal audits and verifying test results for food quality requirements

 Manage day-to-day operations of the production team, overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points. Organoleptic and microbiological inspection of raw and finished sea foods  Monitoring all stages of processing, Production and consignment works  Daily recording of Production and verification of CCP records

 Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment. Responsibility in daily site inspection, report generation and monthly report preparation  Experience in BAP, BRC, IDP and Buyer Audit inspection.
