Foundation drawings.-Review & finalization of transformer yard layout with foundation details of transformers, interface with switchyard, M.V. & Generator Busduct & any other interface ness.-Design review of deciding transformer parameters, finalization of data parameter & G.A. drawings of all other M.V. transformer of the plant.-Finalization of single line diagram of Busduct with CTs/ PTs NGRs.Review and finalization of QAPs for Transformer, Busducts, CTs, PTs, NGRs-Overall Plant Earthing grid design review and finalization of design calculation and drawings.-Individual plant such as AHP, CHP, WTP etc. earthing grid design calculation and drawings.-Lightening protection design review and finalization of drawings.-HV/MV/LT cable sizing calculation review and finalization of cable sizes.

Design and Drafting of fixtures considering POKA YOKE technique (fool proofing).Design press tools required for manufacturing process of MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker-L&T’s DH & DN ranges) Assembly. Implement KAIZEN and 5S system in manufacturing process. Keep record of time analysis for various developments. Design press tools and required process work of EOM (Electrical Operating Mechanism) DN3 and DN2 (L&T’s new product) and its value engineering.
