Depts. for Audio-Video Broadcasting Products & solutions also providing solutions to different System Integrators and to all Private TV & Radio Channels (Majorly like Zee Group, Star Sports, Times Now, TV Today, Ghazi TV, SATV, Massaranga TV, Radio City, RED FM, Radio Mirchi, MY FM etc) in India, Bangladesh and Middle east. Handling Entire Sales Cycle starting from Meeting New Customers – Generating Enquiries – Sending Quotation – Deal Finalization – Payment Follow-ups. Arrangement of Demos of Products to our Customers. Co-ordinating with Sales, Support, Commercial & Service Team. Identifying new OEMs to provide Latest solutions to customers. Ensure the implementation of best practices and processes in proposal efforts. Negotiating with both vendors and clients to work out a successful deal. Handling the team with proper channel. Participation in trade shows, client conferences, industry events etc.

 Completion/Preparing of Domestic and International Tender from starting to end activities. Generating Enquires from various EPC Customers. Sound Knowledge of Procurement & Cost Estimation. Maintaining relationship with Overseas Liaisoner and update regular activities against Orders and expected Orders. Preparing Bills/Invoices against delivery of product. Correspondence & Documentation. Vender Registration.  Preparation of Catalogues/Drawing as per Customer Specification.  Preparation of Comparative statements in terms of Target Price.  Regular follow-up with Customers in term of new opportunity.  Preparing dispatching documents/invoices to customers.  Co-ordination with the suppliers on behalf of production department.
