As a Maintenance Engineer at Equip Trans Logistics Pvt Ltd, I manage the preventive and periodic maintenance of heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and dumpers. My role involves performing regular inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and executing repairs to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Additionally, I handle billing tasks, including invoicing and financial transactions related to maintenance services. ❖ In Essar steel limited, I was assigned in COREX plant as in charge of material handling department. ❖ I looked after stock house of the department which consists of top and bottom house and conducted regular inspection for the same. ❖ Also, I was given responsibility to distribute manpower for both the houses of department accordingly. ❖ I conducted regular inspection for the stock house equipment like conveyer belt, tripper car, Vibro feeder, Dosing belt, magnetic separator, etc. ❖ Material like limestone, coal, dolomite, Flux, coal, Pellet, Slag, HDRI, CDRI, used in material handling department were regularly checked by me and thus have knowledge regarding the same. ❖ I have all the required knowledge of conveyer belt, it is functioning, safety standards and sure safety switches of the system. ❖ Also, I was assigned to deal and inspect all the problems physically whenever they arise and solve them. ❖ I also looked after COP (coal draining plant) and conducted it is regular inspection. ❖ As the COP has various equipment like hot gas generator, Coal dryer, dosing belt, conveyor Belt etc. ❖ I was assigned to inspect and check this equipment 5 to 6times Per Shift. ❖ Also, I checked whether all the equipment are giving proper variancy or not and took the charge if any problem arises in the plant. ❖ I am aware of all the safety rules of the plant.
