Review of Contract, Order Indent, Tendering documents & Customer’s specification for HT Switchgears project execution Sales order booking in SAP system. Use SAP for month end activities & day to day activity. Invite & conduct Internal Kick-off meeting with Plant functions. (Tendering, Design, SCM,Production, Planning, Finance & Purchase) Submission of Equipment drawings & documents for customer’s/consultant’s approval. Review customer comments & submit revised drawings with proper compliance report. Expedite & arrange approval, approval of technical deviation from customer / consultant. Issue material procurement & manufacturing clearance to engineering team. Preparation of 3 months forecast cum dispatch plan by considering plant capacity Vs loading. Resolution of all internal & external issues during project execution. Monthly project progress report submission to customers for their review & acceptance. Update & monitor project schedule & project dashboard regularly. Conduct weekly review meeting with concern team to highlight delay & discuss further action plan. Track all post approval changes / modifications with proper time & cost analysis. Preparation & submission of additional claim by comparing actual cost with order cost for necessary PO amendment. Expedite & arrange customer / third party inspection withintime schedule. Submission of proper compliance & justification for inspection points to arrange dispatch clearance from customer. Ensure LD /Penalty charges within 0.5% through proper case building & delivery extension from customers. Coordination with service & commissioning team for completion of site activities & scope.Preparation of Project handover Documents.
