The engineer was responsible for ensuring the vehicle's safety, reliability, and performance by leading the integration and homologation process, designing critical components such as the seat and gearbox mountings, and conducting trials to test composite materials and manufacturing processes.• Lead the vehicle-level integration and homologation process, including a detailed study of AIS homologation standards and providing effective packaging solutions for systems mounted on the chassis.• Perform vehicle integration, with a specific focus on gearbox and gearbox mountings on the chassis, rear mono-shock suspension, triple tree mounting for the front suspension, and electronics mountings using Catia V5• Design seat components, including fibreglass seat pans, to withstand static and dynamic service loads while minimizing vibrations transferred to the rider. Use modal analysis and vibration meters to optimize seat performance during road testing.• Develop CFRP exterior body trims by defining the layup sequence and split lines for complex panels and conduct Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) trials to ensure successful manufacturing.
