@ Review building plans, drawings, specifications & ascertaining scope of works.@ Scheduling of Jobs & Monitoring the people for the timely completion of projects.@ Preparation of Job Cost Analysis report & breakdown prices.@ Revise the Design and Equipment selection.@ Design Verifications of the projects including Pipe Sizing, Pump Head Calculations, ESP calculations etc.@ Clarification & finalising BOQ with the approved design/ shop drawing.@ Preparing material status, releasing the material as requirement.@ Solving the technical issues in the site for a smooth work progress of the project.@ Review the schedule of equipments & float enquiries to vendors, evaluating BOQ,specification and take-off quantity from drawings, preparation of Bill of Materials / Quantity before pricing, evaluation of vendor’s technical & commercial proposal’s and making cost comparative statements.
