Currently, I work at Early Warning®, a leading provider of innovative payment and risk solutions, where I manage the enterprise configuration management database (CMDB) and identify and map business services using ServiceNow.My expertise encompasses ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, CSM, and FSM modules. I specialize in ServiceNow implementation, customization, integration, and automation. Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered multiple ServiceNow projects for various customers, addressing diverse IT service management and operations needs, including incident, problem, change, service catalog, discovery, service mapping, event management, orchestration, and cloud management.I am proficient in creating, executing, and maintaining automated tests using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) tool in ServiceNow.
