As a Sales Operations Intern at the butterfly tales, a leading online platform for children's stories, I supported the sales team in managing and optimizing the sales processes and product knowledge. I contributed to the development and implementation of sales strategies, tools, and reports, as well as the creation and delivery of sales training and presentations. I also helped to increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing timely and effective feedback and support. Through this experience, I gained valuable skills in sales and marketing, such as data analysis, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, where I am learning the fundamentals and best practices of marketing in various domains and contexts. I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging and impactful marketing campaigns that connect with the target audience and drive business growth. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to the marketing field and to further develop my competencies in this area.
