- Develop interesting course plans for one-on-one tutoring in 200-level Economics, Accounting and Statistics courses to meet academic, intellectual and social needs of the fellow undergraduates. - Encourage the tutees to provide feedback to tailor the lessons based on their needs through drafting meeting agendas, supplying materials in advance and executing follow-up for meetings. - Receive and screen a high volume of internal and external communications through email and messages- Participate in additional seminars to increase skills relating to tutoring, communication, and teamwork
