Marketing & Business Development 1) Market Research: Carry out prospecting activity to generate leads and convert leads into customers. Sending introduction, visiting leads.2) RFQ processing: Coordinate for feasibility study, quotation preparation, Price negotiation.3) Responsible for to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) - under strict deadlines and often with very little lead-time, and for creating additional documents, including RFI's, pricing proposals, and documents for external and internal clients.4) Interact with Sales, Services, Finance, Legal and Marketing, facilitating communication and documentation required for the proposal.5) Coordinate with Production, quality & supply chain teams for trials and submission of PPAP documentation within time committed to the customer.6) Present visit plan, visit report, business potential, competitor’s activities to the management on regular basis.7) Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints and resolve the complaint in stipulated time period.8) Receivable Management: Follow-up with the customers for timely payment collection. Resolve in case of debit notes.9) Customer Satisfaction: Visit customers and address customer issues timely to drive customer satisfaction.10) Track market information and competitor’s information and present to Management.
