Received appreciations and accolades for my true dedication and extra ordinary performance throughout my tenure. Prepared handy notes and practice exercises of English section for the preparation of Banking, Insurance, SSC and other competitive examinations which are still available on bankersadda.com, sscadda.com, adda247 mock test series the monthly educational magazine - Competition Power, the English book of adda247 Publications and the app – adda247.

Played an important leadership role in the expansion of the Leaders for Tomorrow unit in both Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, by organizing awareness programs such as the Anti-drugs and Anti-Ragging Campaign, the Cleanliness Drive, Adopt-A-Plant, Book and Cloth Collection Drive, and Visit for Compassion. Have also been part of online discussions aimed at creating awareness on the social issues persisting around us. Through these events, inspired several college students to take up social work and contribute to various development programs. Was also part of the organizing committee as a Volunteer of the annual development festival - A Date with Development of LFT, organized in March 2015.

Worked as an active team leader (Center Head) for the flagship project of Leaders for Tomorrow - Igniting Young Minds - a life skill education program for the lesser privileged, aimed at empowering the youth with skills so as to contribute to the development of the nation. Participated in the 8-weeks project for the session 2014-15 and collectively helped the lesser privileged children at one of the shelter homes in New Delhi.
